Supports fitting (generalized)\nlinear varying coefficient models that posits a linear\nrelationship between the inverse link and some covariates but\nallows that relationship to change as a function of other\ncovariates. Additionally supports fitting heteroscedastic BART\nmodels, in which both the mean and log-variance are\napproximated with separate regression tree ensembles.
